Alright guys. I know this is incredibly simple, but it is one of my favorite go-to breakfast bowls. It takes about 5 mins (or less) to throw together and has some incredible health benefits including protein, probiotics (from the yogurt), fiber (from the chia seeds), vitamins & antioxidants (from the raspberries), & healthy fats (from the almond butter–which I am ALL about). So give it a try. Your body and your taste buds will thank you!
- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- ½ pink lady apple (or apple of choice)
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- ⅓ granola (I use Purely Elizabeth--low sugar content & real ingredients)
- 1T almond butter
- 1T chia seeds
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl & enjoy!
